Terms and conditions

In the below, “Logta” shall refer to the comprehensive services and products offered by the Logta eCommerce platform.

Listed prices

Prices, offers, promotions and discounts are displayed along with each item. Logta reserves the right to change product pricing without notice. Offers and special promotions may also change without notice. Logta cannot be held responsible if the online pricing for a product differs from the retail price charged by the vendor.

Currency

Pricing is displayed in US dollars. Logta converts product prices into US dollars from the local currency on a weekly basis.

Payment methods

The user is solely responsible for settling order charges. If for any reason Logta does not receive the required payment from your bank or the agency that has issued your credit card, the user agrees to pay all outstanding charges and any overdue fees that Logta may have incurred due to the late payment.

Credit cards

Logta accepts Visa and MasterCard. Your credit card information is collected on the payment page when you proceed to checkout. Logta places the highest priority on protecting your confidential credit card information.

Though your credit card is authorized at the time of purchase, the order charge is procured only once your product has been shipped.

Fraud protection

As part of order execution, we investigate all received orders for possible fraud or unauthorized or illegal activities. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction suspected to be fraudulent.

Logta also reserves the right to suspend your account or limit shipments to certain locations. Such precautions are taken to protect ourselves and our users from illegal or authorized activities.

 

Sales agreement

Adding an item to the shopping cart without completing the purchase process  does not bind Logta to deliver the product to the user.  

A sales agreement between Logta and the user is valid only if one of the following occurs:

·        A credit card authorization is received from the bank

·        A deposit of electronic transfer is reflected on the bank statement of Logta within three (3) business days from the completion of the purchase process

·         A direct deposit  is reflected on the bank statement of Logta within three (3) business days from the completion of the purchase process

Logta reserves the right to disclaim any order for any reason. Logta also reserves the right to disclaim or cancel an order wholly or partially. In either case, Logta shall refund any payments made by the user.

Occasionally and despite our best efforts, an item may be mispriced on the website.  In such cases, Logta is not committed to sell at the incorrect price, though we will refund any payment made.

 

Taxes and import fees

Your order may be subject to taxes and import fees imposed on your package upon arrival. Logta does not receive any portion of these duties and cannot predict the amount. In rare cases, you may have to pay additional customs fees in order to obtain your package from customs.

Delivery terms and conditions

Shipping costs and duration will vary based on the shipment options supported by the vendor and the country in which the user resides. Most purchases are delivered within 4 business days of purchase. If the customer and vendor are in different countries, delivery could take 3 – 7 days. Holiday seasons and unusual customs delays may cause undue delays that are not the responsibility of Logta.

Shipment cost is calculated per item per the following formula:

Vendor shipping fees (LINK) + 6% of the shipping fees as petrol fees + 10% of the shipping fees as postal tax + 5% of the retail price as import fees. These additional shipping charges may vary slightly according to delivery country.

Orders placed on Friday will be transacted on Saturday. Orders placed done before 1pm are transacted on the same day, while orders placed after 1pm are transacted on the following day.

Shortages and back orders:

Occasionally, a user may purchase an item that is no longer available with our vendor. Logta will do its reasonable best to fill the order as soon as possible. If we do not ship your item within 30 calendar days, we will automatically refund your payment. You will be notified of the order cancellation via email.

Logta return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with a product, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase.

 Refunds must be claimed within 14 days of the purchase date.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All items must be returned in original condition and in their original packaging with all original parts/documentation. Items not returned as described will not be accepted as a returned item and the user will not be refunded the item price.

Users may access the Return Application online here. Please note the reason for your dissatisfaction. A return application will also be attached to the invoice that arrives with your shipment.

In the case of an error in shipment, Logta undertakes to cover all resulting fees for reshipment. In the case that a customer is not satisfied with the product shipped, the user may return the item. The user will be charged the shipping fee in addition to a $10 return shipping fee.
